Gabriel Sáenz is a dedicated and licensed attorney with a compelling personal journey. As the eldest son of immigrant parents, his passion for immigration law is deeply rooted in his family’s experiences. Despite dropping out of high school, Gabriel’s determination led him back to education, ultimately earning his law degree from St. Mary’s School of Law.

During law school, Gabriel honed his expertise in immigration and human rights as part of the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic and served as a Staff Writer and Symposium Editor for The Scholar Law Journal. Following graduation, he began his career at an immigration nonprofit, providing critical legal support to unaccompanied immigrant children. Gabriel then expanded his practice as an associate attorney at a boutique general practice firm, where he handled diverse cases in personal injury, family law, employment, and civil litigation.

Fluent in Spanish, Gabriel has built strong connections with clients from Latin America, Africa, and Asia. A proud father of three, he treasures time with his family, actively participates in his church community, and pursues a range of hobbies, including grilling, boxing, exploring the outdoors, and more recently—landscaping.
