IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY PROFILE

Taylor Whitwell was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 2021 from the University of North Texas. During her time at UNT, she met a wide variety of people from all different walks of life. It was through conversations and close friendships that she learned about the inner workings of the immigration system from people who had experienced it firsthand. It was in hearing these stories and difficulties that inspired her to help people navigate a complex system and assist as many people as she can as well as motivating her to attend law school.

Following her graduation from UNT, Taylor attended New England Law | Boston and graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 2024 with a concentration in International Law and a certificate in Immigration Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2024. After being licensed, Taylor has dedicated herself to advocating for and representing immigrants in their pursuit of safety and status in the United States. She has represented clients in removal proceedings, in interviews before USCIS, and through written briefs before the Board of Immigration Appeals. She is dedicated in her pursuit and desire to provide the best representation possible to every client in front of her and keeping up to date on the constantly changing immigration law and policy.
