IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY PROFILE

Milad Farzam is a licensed attorney who has first-hand experience with immigration, given his personal journey as an immigrant in the United States. Milad earned his bachelor’s degree in International Studies at the University of Denver, and ultimately his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Upon obtaining his degree and successfully passing the bar exam, Milad was admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Minnesota. Since that time, he has predominantly worked on a wide variety of immigration matters, including: Adjustment of Status; Waivers of Inadmissibility; Naturalization; EB-1A, EB-1C, E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-1B1, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, P-1, and TN.

Milad speaks English and Persian, and when he is not working, he enjoys trying new cuisines, as well as actively watching soccer and basketball.
